For exchanges and returns, all C Squared bundles must be unused, unbundled and in it's natural state, including but not limited to, no dye, no lifting, no perming, no rinsing, no chemicals, unraveled, and/or no cutting of the weft. According to Federal law, any human hair products that have been used or tampered with, cannot be returned to the provider. C Squared Atlanta, LLC will adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law.
Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Please note that if any of the above alterations are observed on the hair upon return for full refund or exchange, the below exchange and replacement guarantees are null and void. Any bundle that is apparent of use of any kind or has been tampered with, will not receive a refund or exchange, of any kind.
C Squared reserves the right to issue a full refund or exchange based on the condition of the returned hair.C Squared will accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of your receipt of the product. When exchanging hair, you are responsible for all shipping fees, unless C Squared is at fault.
All exchanges and returns should be shipped utilizing a postal service with tracking capability. Please keep the tracking information until it is confirmed by C Squared personnel that your exchange/return has been received.
For refunds, please allow for 5-7 business days, from the date of receipt of your returned product, for the refunded amount to appear on your account. For exchanges, please allow for 2-5 business days, from the date of receipt of the returned product, for your new item to be processed and shipped.
